Appreciative Inquiry

The Appreciative Inquiry model is a strengths-based approach to positive change, structured around the “5 Ds”: Define, Discover, Dream, Design, and Destiny. It begins by clearly defining the focus of the inquiry, followed by discovering strengths and successes through shared stories. Participants then dream of an ideal future, design actionable strategies to achieve it, and implement these plans in the destiny phase, fostering sustainable change and continuous improvement.
